Which title first?
Since it's double lucky/unlucky weekend I've been opening chests. But now I'm wondering which title to focus on first. Should I try to focus on Lucky first by doing Witmans Folly in NM and then go HM Boreal for Unlucky when I have around 50% retention rate to max unlucky points per pick broken?

People have asked about what to do about Lucky/Unlucky in the past. Do a search.

if you are going for the long haul, do both simultaneously. I think the Kilroy chest in HM is fast, gives some good salvaged mods, and can pump both lucky/unlucky.

Best advice, work on both together. As for strategy, I recommend using one that focuses on getting to the most chests in the least amount of time, regardless of the % chance to retain.

unless you are almost done with the lucky title you probably won't max it this weekend anyway so just go for both. i myself am closer to maxing unlucky so i am running HM chests outside boreal for the extra unlucky points but i have been getting a fair amount of lucky points in the process

Work on both together (i do boreal station). They'll both advance rapidly but unlucky tends to go a bit faster than lucky iirc
